PHS Brings Home 31 Medals at SkillsUSA Competition

The PHS SkillsUSA students attended the SkillsUSA District 5 competition in Waco February 8th – 10th. 24 competitors brought home a combined total of 31 medals – 14 Gold, 4 Silver, and 13 Bronze. This contest was the largest District 5 competition in history with over 845 competitors in 146 unique competitions. Gabriel Gutierrez was also elected District 5 Officer. Pittsburg High School will take 17 students to Corpus Christi in April for the SkillsUSA State competition.
